I have the rights to refuse any commission if I think it may expose me to any kind of discomfort and trigger.Deadlines depends on my queue, being between ONE and TWO months.My artworks are for noncommercial use only.I retain the rights to the original artwork. The client has any permission to repost and use it as references, as long it give me the proper credits every time.I have the right to reuse discarded sketches on personal arts and YCHs.I have the right to post the finished pieces on my midias, tagging the client as well. If you don’t want to be tagged or don’t want to get your commission posted please inform it.

Payment

Upfront payments.Payments are through Paypal only.Payment plans are available on budgets over 300$.I accept payments in USD and EUR.80% refunds if I didn’t started the drawing yet. 50% if there’s a sketch or any other process done, and NO refunds if the art is finished.

Adopts and custom characters

The costumers have permission to use the design for whatever they want except for commercial use.The costumers cannot resell the design at a high price than when they bought it. (Only if it has additional art).The costumers have permission to do alterations on the design as changing colors, adding or taking off tattoos, piercings and any other elements.The costumer may not claim the design/drawing as their creation, preserving the credits to the original artist and not taking off my signature.
